The Atlantic District in East Brady, PA is seeking a Lead Agent to become the face of the agency, building deep client relationships and guiding coverage choices with integrity. You will manage your own growth, supported by a collaborative team and a neighborly office culture.

You will help grow a local book of business through referrals, community outreach, and proactive policy reviews, ensuring protections evolve with clients' life changes.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong command of standard office technology and agency management systems.
• Clear, empathetic communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of prospective and current clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide new and existing clients through selecting insurance coverage for peace of mind.
• Develop and grow a consistent client base through networking and referrals.
• Regularly review client policies as life circumstances change.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy adjustments.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices and support office culture.
• Address client inquiries with promptness and clarity to build long-term trust.
