Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales cycles.
• Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM tools.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills for community networking.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team.
• Valid driver's license for local travel within Schuylkill County.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint in the Pottsville area.
• Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them choose policies that offer real peace of mind.
• Mentor junior staff members, sharing your knowledge and helping them refine their sales approach.
• Build and maintain meaningful connections with local business owners and community leaders.
• Review existing client portfolios to ensure coverage remains relevant as their lives and businesses change.
• Manage lead pipelines efficiently to ensure every prospective client receives timely, helpful communication.
