Oversee and nurture a growing book of business by identifying unique needs for every client.
Mentor junior team members to help them hone their skills and reach their professional goals.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local businesses and community members in Hermitage.
Review existing policy portfolios to ensure our clients are getting the best protection for their specific situations.
Lead by example in daily sales operations, consistently meeting goals through honest, consultative conversations.
Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine our outreach strategies and improve our overall service quality.
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance accounts or leading sales initiatives.
Strong command of standard office software and agency management systems.
Deep understanding of the local Hermitage insurance landscape.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and share industry expertise.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
