Oversee the full lifecycle of client accounts, from initial policy quotes to ongoing coverage reviews.
Conduct thorough insurance assessments to ensure each policyholder has the right protection for their life circumstances.
Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing policy changes and renewals.
Address client inquiries with thoughtful, precise, and helpful information.
Collaborate with the agency owners to refine sales strategies and outreach efforts.
Document client interactions consistently to maintain an organized and effective workflow.
Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Pennsylvania.
Minimum of three years of experience managing client insurance portfolios.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital document organization.
Demonstrated ability to identify coverage gaps and propose suitable solutions.
Excellent verbal communication skills for clear, face-to-face client consultations.
Professional certification such as CISR or CIC is a significant advantage.
