Qualifications

• Maryland Property & Casualty Producer License is required.
• Three+ years of hands-on experience in insurance sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Exceptional ability to connect with people and explain complex coverage concepts.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide new and existing clients through selecting insurance coverage that fits their needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach to generate leads and cultivate new business in the region.
• Mentor and support junior staff to elevate agency performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for client policies and correspondence.
• Analyze market trends to provide growth recommendations to leadership.
• Host community events to build brand presence locally.
