Job summary
Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned Instrumentation & Controls Discipline Lead to provide technical leadership for industrial capital projects and control system modernization initiatives. The role emphasizes instrumentation design, hardware implementation, and migration programs over software programming.

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering required.
- PE license preferred.
- 10+ years of industrial instrumentation and controls experience.
- Experience leading instrumentation and controls teams and project execution.
- Experience with DCS migration/modernization or control system replacement.
Responsibilities
- Lead instrumentation and controls engineering activities for industrial capital and sustaining projects.
- Develop and execute discipline plans, staffing strategies, schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate assignments across engineers, designers, and support personnel.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as primary technical representative for I&C with clients, teams, vendors and construction personnel.
- Provide technical oversight for instrumentation and control system engineering deliverables.
