Hargrove Controls + Automation, LLC is seeking an automation engineer to design and implement DCS/PLC/HMI/SIS systems for industrial projects. You will assist in larger projects and may lead smaller automation tasks, providing on-site startup support and technical guidance to junior staff.

The role requires a degree in engineering and relevant industry experience, with a focus on maintaining maintainable control systems and delivering client-ready documentation.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing ISA S88, IEC 61131 and ISA S84 standards.
• Understanding of OSHA 1910.119 Management of Change is required.
• Experience with DCS/PLC/HMI/SIS systems or strong equivalent knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine design of less complex automation assignments for DCS/PLC/HMI/SIS.
• Assist in design of larger projects and lead smaller automation tasks.
• Provide on-site startup support and technical guidance.
• Coordinate work with staff and office leaders to meet schedules.
• Produce control system installation specifications and drawings.
• Develop conceptual layouts and cost studies for small projects.
