Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Lead Instructor, Cyber & OSINT to design and deliver training on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI for public-sector and private audiences. You will teach across TRM's AI and blockchain platforms, building practical, defensible skills for analysts and investigators.

The role involves creating labs, modules, and assessments, developing trainer guides, and scaling TRM Academy content. Expect 50–75% travel and collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of instructing or delivering technical training.
• Hands-on experience in cyber investigations, OSINT, and/or CTI.
• Experience with public sector or government audiences and training.
• Proven ability to design course content and testing for learners.

Responsibilities

• Program manage and conduct live and virtual training for public-sector learners.
• Design curriculum, labs, and practical exercises across cyber/OSINT/CTI.
• Teach across AI and blockchain platforms to diverse audiences.
• Develop trainer materials and reusable content for scale.
• Build relationships with government and industry partners to recruit learners.
• Keep materials current with evolving threat landscapes and topics.
• Maintain proficiency in cyber investigations, OSINT, and threat analysis.
• Travel 50–75% to deliver in-person training as needed.
