Job summary

Educate 360 is seeking experienced contract instructors to deliver live online training for TCM Security courses, focusing on ethical hacking, web penetration testing, SOC levels 1 & 2, and AI security. Instructors may teach one or more topics in a flexible, per-course arrangement.

Courses include hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and interactive instruction designed to prepare students for industry roles and certifications. US-based instructors are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Expertise in at least one area: ethical hacking, web app security, SOC analysis, defensive security or AI security.
• Hands-on lab experience guiding students through real scenarios.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in professional or academic settings.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Relevant certifications (OSCP, PNPT, PJPT, GIAC) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive live training sessions.
• Build and lead hands-on labs and exercises.
• Provide clear explanations of complex security concepts.
• Support students’ learning with feedback and Q&A.
• Align lessons to certification goals and industry expectations.
• Participate in pre-class planning and post-session debrief.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers on updates.
