Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee Cyber Red Team training curricula and develop courses for novice to master levels.

You will coordinate internal and external training, stay current on offensive and defensive cyber operations, and teach courses as requested to support mission readiness.

Active TS/SCI clearance is required, and travel of 15% (OCONUS and CONUS) should be expected as part of this role.

• Experience coordinating training courses for cyber operations and red team activities.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Willing to travel 15% (OCONUS and CONUS).

• Stay current on developments in red cyber operations, offensive operations, and defensive cybersecurity operations both within government and industry.
• Research relevant courses and make recommendations to training pipelines for Cyber Red Team personnel.
• Coordinate training (internal and external) for Cyber Red Team personnel.
• Teach courses as requested

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience
• Experience in developing training courses for cyber operations
• Experience coordinating and making recommendations for training courses for cyber operations
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Must be willing to travel 15% - OCONUS and CONUS locations

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with OCO, DCO, or cyber red teaming
• Experience developing cybersecurity or cyberoperations curricula
• Experience teaching cybersecurity or cyberoperations.
