Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
• Experience building on an LMS and writing valid assessments.
• Ability to translate technical content into curriculum; crypto, compliance familiarity is a plus.
• Production AI fluency: use AI daily to draft content and generate assessment items.
• Own end-to-end course development with SME collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways for a widening range of learners.
• Keep TRM's certifications accurate and defensible.
• Turn expert knowledge into strong training with SME feedback.
• Co-own product documentation and training across TRM's platforms.
• Deliver content in multiple languages with localization workflow.
