Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Lead Instructor, Cyber & OSINT to design and deliver training for TRM Academy, focusing on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI for public sector and government audiences. You’ll translate complex tradecraft into practical, mission-ready skills and collaborate with intelligence, engineering, and data teams.

You’ll build curriculum, labs, and assessments, train other instructors, and maintain materials in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment. Travel 50–75% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience instructing courses; hands-on cyber investigations/OSINT/CTI experience; public sector/government experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of TRM Academy training on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI for public-sector and government audiences.
• Build curriculum, labs, and practical exercises; develop reusable content for instructors.
• Train and mentor other instructors; collaborate with intelligence, engineering, and data teams to deliver impact.
• Support travel requirements and ensure materials stay current with evolving threat landscapes.
