Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Lead Instructor, Cyber & OSINT to design and deliver training on cyber investigations, OSINT, and CTI for public-sector and private-sector audiences. You will teach TRM Academy courses across AI and blockchain platforms, creating engaging content and scalable methodologies.

You will collaborate with intelligence experts and educators to ensure up-to-date curricula, practical exercises, and measurable outcomes, while traveling extensively to client sites and government

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years instructing courses or delivering technical training.
• Hands-on experience in cyber investigations, OSINT, and/or CTI.
• Experience working with or training public sector / government audiences.
• Proven ability to build course content: curricula, labs, and assessments.
• Comfort training private-sector security teams, crypto businesses, and financial institutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong classroom presence.
• AI fluency is expected and evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Program manage and conduct live and virtual training on cyber, OSINT, and CTI tradecraft for a global community of learners.
• Design curriculum, labs, and practical exercises — in writing, mixed media, and in-person briefings.
• Teach across TRM's AI and blockchain platforms, linking cyber and OSINT to on‑chain tracing for defensible cases.
• Develop train‑the‑trainer materials and reusable content to scale offerings.
• Identify and manage relationships with government and industry partners to recruit learners.
• Keep course materials current with evolving threat landscape and techniques.
• Maintain proficiency in cyber investigations, OSINT, and threat analysis.
• Travel 50–75% as required.
