Responsibilities

• Ensure homeowner delight by training and coaching associates on technical capabilities and Signature Service.
• Visit homeowner work sites to audit processes and train install staff on safety and set-up.
• Train installation teams on RS materials, local codes, and company standards for performance.
• Deliver Signature Service concepts and ensure skills apply to installation tasks.
• Manage scheduling, meet homeowner expectations, and support workforce planning.
• Oversee performance metrics and target improvements in training outcomes.
• Partner with install leaders to enforce safe practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with recruiting to meet workforce needs and other duties as assigned.
