- Ability to lead and mentor Install team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation projects for windows and doors with focus on first‑time quality.
- Provide direction, training and coaching to Install crews.
- Assess job sites for hazards and address safety concerns.
- Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiency and proper techniques.
- Maintain positive homeowner relations and customer satisfaction.
