The role emphasizes strong carpentry, safety, and teamwork, with the aim of flawless first-time installations and positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• State Contractors license preferred.
• Broad knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and collaborate with others on installation projects.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills throughout installations.
• Provide advanced carpentry and finishing work.
• Assess jobsite hazards and address them before starting.
• Install Renewal by Andersen windows and doors to high quality standards.
