Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Supervisor Installation to lead the installation team, project management, and service efforts. You will train and coach both subcontractors and internal staff to improve first-time-through metrics and homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation record.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or related field.
• Computer skills and management of computer-based information.
• Customer orientation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes (preferred).
• Previous experience recruiting and managing independent contractors (preferred).
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• Providing performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Directly train, manage, and coach all employees (sub-contractor and internal) involved in the installation process.
• Analyze metrics to determine focus areas of training and deliver targeted training.
• Partner with branch leadership to resolve issues and identify improvement areas.
• Provide training to improve back-office installation, project management and service processes.
• Collaborate with product knowledge experts for monthly training on installation and service knowledge.
• Meet or exceed margins and revenue goals by maintaining a capable workforce and appropriate outsourcing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Process to align resources with demand fluctuations.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory training is completed.
• Participate as a team member on the CORO Safety Committee.
• Ensure regulatory procedures are met and other duties as assigned.
