Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Support Installation Manager in the United States to drive installation, project management, and service teams while boosting branch profits through better first-time-through results and fewer remakes. You will coach both subcontractors and internal staff, analyze metrics to target gaps, and partner with leadership to resolve issues and improve administrative and field processes.

Leadership and knowledge of building codes are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years in home improvement or related field.
• Computer skills and data management capability.
• Customer orientation and service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes preferred.
• Experience recruiting/managing independent contractors preferred.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Basic financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ride-a-long field training; two days per week with debrief and coaching.
• Analyze metrics to identify training focus areas (FTT, remakes, knowledge).
• Partner with branch leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Deliver monthly trainings on product, installation, and service knowledge.
• Meet margins and revenue goals by aligning resources with demand.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory training compliance.
• Directly train, manage, and coach all installation staff and subs-contractor teams.
