You will audit processes at job sites, deliver hands-on training, and ensure readiness of materials and resources while upholding safety and local code compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Installation leadership experience, preferred.
• Construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and develop all associates involved in the installation processes.
• Audit and coach on installation quality and safety at job sites and facility.
• Deliver hands-on product installation training for new hires and refreshers.
• Ensure pre-arrival planning for materials and resources.
• Ensure compliance with installation processes, procedures, and local codes.
• Meet or exceed homeowner expectations on installation timing and efficiency.
