DAY IN THE LIFE

Expect an average day to include:

• Waking early to seize success
• Preparing professionally and reviewing opportunities on your company-provided devices
• Arriving early at the shop to prepare for the day
• Meeting with the Installation Manager to review previous work and plan the day
• Arriving punctually at customer homes, delivering exceptional service that earns top reviews
• Receiving real-time coaching and support
• Getting parts/materials delivered for efficiency
• Collecting payment from customers to ensure company profitability
• Preparing for the next day's installs with your team

WHAT WE DO:

Residential HVAC services including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, and more. We prioritize doing it right and providing caring, customer-focused solutions.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement our service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose HVAC problems accurately
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sales
• Perform services, maintenance, and repairs with less than 1% callbacks
• Manage time and inventory to maximize profitability
• Maintain a clean work area and vehicle
