Job summary

JE Dunn’s Lake Charles team is seeking a Project Manager 1 for Industrial and Manufacturing projects. You will direct project execution, lead safety-conscious operations, and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors across large industrial builds.

You’ll implement project plans, manage budgets and schedules, review submittals, and drive successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout, in alignment with JE Dunn’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong leadership and coordination with clients, design teams and subs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for industrial/mfg projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, design teams, and vendors.
• Prepare change requests and owner/architect approvals.
• Lead monthly progress meetings and project closeout.
