Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents, retrains staff and implements corrective action.
• Assists senior management with strategy development and supports company-wide initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction to team members in light of broader project plans.
• Serves as the primary client relationship executive at a leadership level and builds long-term client relationships.
• Manages project risk and issue resolution, including change orders and contingency expenditures.
• Develops and executes subcontractor strategies and selects qualified subcontractors.
• Leads preconstruction discussions with clients at a leadership level and develops contractual obligations.
• Oversees and is accountable for project and schedule reviews throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensures staffing levels meet contractual commitments and adjusts resources as needed.
• Engages with the community and industry through networking and representation.
