Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• May require travel/relocation.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds.
• Assignment location may include project sites and office.
• Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and sets a positive example.
• Manages preconstruction tasks including quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Develops and updates project schedules, coordinating materials and resources.
• Oversees submittal and change-request processes with subcontractors and design team.
• Manages subcontractor buyout, pricing, and procurement execution.
• Monitors project costs and prepares monthly cost/margin forecasts.
• Guides project closeout with documentation and warranties.
