Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as specified with years of related experience.
• Strong background in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing operations.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Data visualization and database programming experience (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, DAX).
• Lean Six Sigma and core process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collects data, performs statistical analyses, and maps processes to identify gaps.
• Lead high-impact CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach teams in lean methods and sustain improvements through Kaizen events.
• Design and implement standard work, visual management, and PDCA cycles.
• Coordinate with account management and support automation initiatives.
