Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive data-driven CI initiatives across our operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply lean methods, and manage CI projects from ideation to sustainment, interfacing with General Manager levels. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in warehousing/transport/manufacturing, strong PowerBI/Tableau skills, and a track record in Lean Six Sigma and PDCA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact CI projects across the operation.
• Drive data-driven CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Coach/lead CI engineers and ensure sustainment of improvements.
