Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Lead the standardization and optimization of processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Develop detailed project plans and drive improvement projects to savings goals.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and foster capability development.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
