Job summary

United Future is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead site-wide lean initiatives and optimize product flow in its Cresco, IA facility. You will guide operators and technicians, develop their capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant and surrounding offices.

The role focuses on eliminating bottlenecks, reducing WIP, and delivering measurable savings while coordinating with site leadership on a continuous improvement roadmap and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D).
• Develop and deploy capacity modeling and production planning tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and office functions.
• Provide leadership to operators and technicians and develop their capabilities.
