Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business/Supply Chain) with 7+ years’ related experience in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.
- 7+ years in warehousing, transportation and/or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency with PowerBI/Tableau and SQL/DAX for data visualization and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact CI projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
- Collect data, perform statistical analysis, map processes, and identify gaps.
- Coach teams in lean methods and drive Kaizen events.
- Interface with account management and customers to deliver results.
- Develop and monitor continuous improvement plans and value-stream mappings.
