Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Supply Chain with 7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing.
• 7+ years experience in related industries; MBA optional with undergrad in engineering.
• Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau for data visualization and SQL/DAX for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact CI projects across operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.
• Apply data analytics and Lean tools; drive Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Coach process owners on lean methods; supervise CI engineering and QA professionals.
• Develop and monitor CI plans; provide regular progress reports to leadership.
• Support automation projects and start-ups including go-live certifications.
• Interact with account management and customers to drive value.
