Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Industrial/Manufacturing in Social Circle, GA. Lead safety culture, manage subcontractors, ensure quality, and drive project schedules with the Advanced Facilities team.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, 3+ years in field supervision, and experience with Lean principles. Bachelor’s preferred; US-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Proficiency in project management and accounting software (Intermediate).
• Knowledge of JE Dunn construction technology (Intermediate).
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Intermediate).
• Knowledge of budgets and profitability (Intermediate).
• Ability to lead safety culture and manage subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury‑free environment.
• Manages and coordinates the care, custody and control of the project site and subcontractors.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work; manages project schedule.
• Attends and participates in progress and OAC meetings; manages project budget and cost reports.
• Ensures quality compliance through specifications, QA/QC, and supplier coordination.
• Supports project closeouts with pre‑punch activities and owner/architect coordination.
• Leads field operations and staffing for assigned project; negotiates project changes with owners/architects.
