Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Supervisor to lead one or more crews at a customer location. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and document work to meet client requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching on nights/weekends, and training technicians. OSHA/RCRA knowledge and a valid CDL are a plus in this safety-focused role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning or related supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and basic software.
• Ability to read and understand safety training and procedures.
• Experience with Win Web HPC software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs two or more crews to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Schedules jobs and crews; may dispatch during nights or weekends.
• Ensures equipment is ready and operational; documents work accurately.
• Trains Technicians and Operators on site processes and paperwork.
• Maintains safety, quality, and customer relations at the job site.
