Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead two or more crews and coordinate daily operations in Westlake, LA. You will ensure equipment operates safely, promote customer relations, and complete documentation promptly.

The role focuses on hydroblasting and vacuum truck services, with opportunities to train technicians and advance within the organization. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable service in industrial cleaning.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in hydroblasting and vacuum truck operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Promote HPC-Industrial’s safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and exhibit strong communication skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
