HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Supervisor IS to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensuring equipment readiness and safety compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency with opportunities for growth and development within a nationwide industrial services provider.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in people management and field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in service line.
• English language proficiency, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; Excel and Access helpful.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and directs crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Schedule jobs and crews as needed.
• Dispatch crews during off-hours.
• Act as Operations/Branch Manager when requested.
• Ensure equipment readiness and safe operation prior to job start.
• Maintain paperwork such as service receipts and logs.
