Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS to lead two or more crews at a customer site. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensuring safe equipment use and timely documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong client relationships in industrial cleaning services. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervision, a valid driver's license, and OSHA awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning, with supervisory background.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• Knowledge of site safety and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and guides crews to complete work per client requirements and company policies.
• May schedule jobs and crews.
• May dispatch crews during nights and weekends.
• May act as Operations/Branch Manager when needed.
• Ensures equipment is available and operational before starting job.
• Inspects equipment and work area to prevent accidents and ensure client specs.
• Keeps client informed about job status and requirements.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Completes paperwork and submits to management.
• Trains Technicians on equipment operation and processes.
• Operates service line equipment (chemical, hydro-blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum) safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
