HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Supervisor IS to lead two or more crews at a customer location. You will plan, organize, coordinate daily operations and ensure proper equipment operation while maintaining safety and documentation.

You will act as a representative of HPC-Industrial, fostering strong client relations and on-site efficiency. Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervision experience.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• OSHA certification may be required for this job.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more crews, plan and coordinate daily operations.
• Ensure equipment operation and safety compliance on site.
• Document job duties and return paperwork promptly.
• Communicate with clients and manage field staff performance.
• Schedule crews and may dispatch during nights/weekends.
