HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead two or more crews in the field. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, ensure safe execution, and maintain accurate documentation. You’ll drive operational efficiency at the job site, supervise equipment use, and uphold customer relations while complying with company policies. This role suits hands-on leaders transitioning from military service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning services.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew to safety and accurate HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
