Job summary
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead multiple crews and coordinate daily operations at the work site. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, documentation, and customer relations, with opportunities to train technicians and perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning
- High school diploma/GED required
- Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise two or more crews on daily operations
- Ensure safety policies are followed and documentation completed timely
- Train and develop equipment technicians
- Interact professionally with customers and maintain relations
- Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services
- Handle paperwork accurately and on time
