Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to manage two or more crews, plan, lead and coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment is functioning, and drive efficiencies at the work site. You must communicate professionally with customers and ensure timely documentation of all tasks.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, plus current HPC-Industrial driver certification, and strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment.
• Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (heat, humidity, cold).
• Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals and environmental fumes, exhaust and fluids.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial's safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and exhibit good communication.
