Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Crew Leader / Foreman to lead two or more crews in industrial cleaning services. You will plan, organize and coordinate daily operations, ensure safety, and drive at-site efficiencies while maintaining timely documentation.

Military transition-friendly, this role emphasizes safety, customer relations and on-site teamwork. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial cleaning, knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience of troubleshooting HPC-Industrial equipment is preferred.
• TWIC Card required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
• Promote HPC-Industrial's safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Manage a crew to safety and accurately complete HPC-Industrial operations.
• Timely and accurate completion and review of paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner/exhibit excellent communication/human relation skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Additional duties as assigned.
