Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a Full-Time Event Manager in Minnesota to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training, presentation and ensure superb service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators during new location openings.

This role offers a set Tuesday-Saturday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to drive sales for Costco through field marketing expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study/Area: Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• 3-5 years experience in client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company or mix of supplier/client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support maintenance and development of corporate governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
