Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training and exceptional service to CDS members.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse managers and vendors, and supporting grand openings at new locations, with a set Tue-Sat schedule and strong focus on leadership, communication and event execution.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required or preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience considered
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
