Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a full-time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, presentation, training and deliver superb service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings.

Based in Minnesota, the role offers a set schedule of Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (may vary), comprehensive benefits and opportunities to

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
