Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager in Minnesota to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training, and presentation, ensuring superb service to Club members and supporting grand openings.

The role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators; you will manage training, scheduling and compliance with food handling standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Able to coach and counsel employees and exercise independent judgment.
• Flexible and capable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and cost management.
• Improve customer satisfaction through better operations.
