Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training and presentation, ensuring superb service to all Club members and coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.

This role supports grand openings at new locations. CDS, Costco’s in-house event marketing partner, offers benefits and a set Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration and customer service.
• Coordinate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Support grand openings at new locations as needed.
