Job summary

Advantage Solutions' Club Demonstration Services (CDS) in Minnesota seeks an Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and superb service to Costco members.

This role requires strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and may involve participation in grand openings; the company offers full-time benefits and a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in client-side branded CPG or mix.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and hire staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
