Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Minnesota seeks an experienced Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to lead in-store programs with Costco members. You will recruit, train and supervise demonstrators, coordinate product preparation, and ensure top-notch customer service and food-safety standards.

You will liaise with warehouse managers, vendors and site teams, manage openings of new locations and drive campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
