Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring superb service to Club members and coordination with warehouse managers and vendors.

This role may involve involvement in new location grand openings. The position supports Costco’s in-house event marketing, with a set Tue–Sat schedule, full-time benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side branded consumer goods, retail, hospitality, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities; comfortable with fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Aim to meet revenue and net income objectives through activation and expense management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through optimized operations.
