Job summary

Acosta Group seeks an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers professionally. You will manage event equipment and assist store teams while presenting product features and benefits to shoppers.

The role emphasizes maintaining a professional appearance, following food safety guidelines, and supporting event execution across stores with limited travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and smartphone with applications and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and supplies for events, ensuring they are clean and secured in the backroom area.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and execution of past events.
• Be the point person for all events conducted in the store and assist other team members as needed.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team to support event success.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers during demos.
