Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products, gaining in-depth knowledge of items represented and delivering a professional customer experience. You will handle event equipment, support store management, and ensure proper setup and teardown of demo areas.

The role emphasizes proactive customer interaction, accurate reporting, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• Proficient ability to use a PC and mobile devices with internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification or local food handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and security.
• Act as point of contact in supervisor’s absence and coordinate with store management.
• Lead and assist demo teams, prepare and serve food samples, and communicate product benefits.
