Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring for an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to manage event equipment in stores. You will interact with consumers, explain product benefits, and maintain a professional appearance in line with company standards.

The role includes handling food samples and coordinating with store management when the supervisor is unavailable. This part-time position emphasizes strong customer service, safety, and teamwork within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage event equipment and supplies in store backrooms.
• Coordinate with store management when Supervisor is absent.
• Serve, demonstrate and engage consumers to drive product sales during events.
• Lead event teams and provide knowledge to teammates.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using standard appliances.
• Set up Event Table and ensure a clean, professional workstation.
